Client Terms of Service

Introduction

This Agreement is between the entity or individual receiving services ("Client") and Team AI Pte. Ltd. ("ourteam"), a company registered in Singapore. ourteam provides recruitment and workforce solutions including candidate sourcing, evaluation, and placement.

Non-Circumvention
Clients shall not directly or indirectly hire, contract, or compensate any candidate introduced by ourteam without prior written consent from ourteam. Any breach constitutes a material violation and may result in termination and damages.

Data Use
Clients shall not scrape, extract, download, or reproduce any data or content from the ourteam platform. All information must be used solely for intended platform interactions.

Salary Discussions
All compensation discussions must go through ourteam. Clients agree not to negotiate directly with candidates.

Recruiting Fee
If a Client engages a candidate introduced by ourteam outside the platform, a recruiting fee applies. This is typically 30% of the annual subscription value, adjustable at ourteam’s discretion.

Payment Terms
Recruiting fees must be paid within 30 days of the candidate’s start date. Late payments are subject to 1.5% monthly interest or the maximum legal rate.

Platform Access
ourteam reserves the right to suspend or remove Clients from the platform for violations including non-payment, misconduct, or breaches of terms.

Indemnification
Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other from any claims or liabilities arising from their respective obligations.

Amendments
ourteam may revise these terms at any time. Continued platform use signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
