Worker Terms of Service

Introduction

This Agreement is between the individual performing services ("Worker") and Team AI Pte. Ltd. ("ourteam").

Non-Circumvention
Workers agree not to engage, directly or indirectly, with clients introduced via ourteam for a period of two (2) years after their engagement ends, without prior written approval.

Compensation Discussions
Workers must conduct all compensation-related conversations within the ourteam platform.

Terms Revisions
Terms may be updated at any time. Workers will be notified of material changes, but continued use implies acceptance.
